This class is added for drivers who have never raced before this year.   Drivers also visiting the race "to see what this is about" would race in this class.  Inexperienced drivers are not limited to this class, however.  Any drivers with previous experience prior to this year are NOT eligible in this class.  As of Sept 06, all cars are eligible except the Fast Ferraris & Funnycars which race only in their own class.  Anyone achieving 10 or more points in one racing season graduates from the Rookies Class being ineligible in the class for the rest of their racing career (Congratulations!).
